Terms and Conditions

Here are the terms and conditions for the CreditRise affiliate program: By signing up on the form above you are accepting these terms and conditions.

  1. Affiliate commissions are $20 per month per new customer that is referred to CreditRise through your referral portal or landing page. CreditRise upon request can create a unique referral landing page for you. Additionally referrals can be made through sending an email to support@creditrisenow.com
  2. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis and will be processed at the end of each month for the prior months' commissions. Payment will be made through electronic method determined by CreditRise and likely ACH.
  3. CreditRise reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason.
  4. CreditRise may, in its sole discretion, modify any of the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time.
  5. Affiliates may not make any claims or representations on behalf of CreditRise or imply any endorsement or partnership with CreditRise other than the terms set forth in this agreement.
  6. Affiliate referrals must be new customers to CreditRise. A "new customer" is defined as a customer who has not previously signed up or used CreditRise services.
  7. Affiliates may not generate referrals through unsolicited email marketing, spam, or other unethical marketing practices. Affiliate referrals must be generated by legitimate means, such as through social media, personal referrals, or website promotions.
  8. CreditRise reserves the right to withhold commission payments for any referrals that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.
  9. Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to their participation in the affiliate program.
